Since 1996, we have sold homes from Ankeny to Easter Lake and from Adel to Altoona.  We grew up in Des Moines and have a vast knowledge of all areas and sides of town.  We went to Valley High School in West Des Moines and graduated from Drake University & Iowa State.  We know Des Moines inside and out, including knowledge about its history and all the advantages of living here.  Beyond this, we understand the hurdles our community has to overcome to attract new residents, and come armed with information to battle stereotypes that Iowa carries.  We have an established network of builders we work with for all price ranges for people that wish to build instead of buying resale.  We also work closely with Iowa Realty Relocation Department, and are one of the preferred Realtors. 

With Alysen Schollmeyer, our full-time assistant, we have the advantage of spending more quality time with all of our clients.  She allows us to provide specific information answering important questions and covering concerns that buyers may have such as school district information and statistics, cost of living information, etc.  By doing much of the behind the scenes work, we are able to give all of our clients the face time they deserve in a tailored fashion.  It is important for us to get to know who the client really is, and help them find the right home.  This can involve family, hobbies, education, work, religion...you name it, if it's important to our client and it has to be important to us to do the job right.

We have access to a wide variety of information on the various school districts concerning both education and extracurricular activities.  We are no strangers to utilizing the value of an Iowa education as part of the value proposition of living in Central Iowa.  We realize Iowa is a special place to live and work, this brings both challenge and reward.  We live here by choice, and are happy to help people see what makes Central Iowa a truly great place.
